No. These are product purchases—you receive digital and/or physical collectibles plus platform access and perks. Only Oracle tier includes "first right of refusal" for future equity, which simply means you'll be offered the opportunity to invest if/when Labor & Code, Inc. raises capital, but it carries no ownership or financial return guarantees.

Yes, during the reservation period you can upgrade by paying the difference. After NFTs are minted and delivered, tier upgrades will not be available.
Architect and Oracle NFTs are fully transferable and can be resold on secondary markets. However, associated perks (beta access, community membership, etc.) are non-transferable and tied to your original account.
